THE TOWNSHIP BOARD WILL MEET IN THE TOWNHALL ON MARCH 29, 2021 AT 5:00 PM .
A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE 2021-2022 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET WILL BE HELD.
TOWNSHIP RESIDENTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND, AMPLE TIME WILL BE GIVEN FOR
PUBLIC COMMENTS. AFTER THE HEARING, THE BUDGET WILL BE ADOPTED. A COPY OF
THE BUDGET WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM THE CLERK.

BECAUSE OF COVID-19 CONCERNS VOLUNTEER HELP WILL BE LIMITED SO RESIDENTS MUST BE ABLE TO UNLOAD THEIR OWN REFUSE. RESIDENTS WILL BE LIMITED TO ONE PICK-UP OR SMALL TRAILER LOAD TO PREVENT HAZARDOUS TRAFFIC BACK-UP CONDITIONS ALONG STILES ROAD. RESIDENTS ARE URGED TO BOX OR BUNDLE THEIR REFUSE TO EXPEDITE UNLOADING.BRING ITEMS TO WASTE REDUCTION TRANSFER SITE 5848 N. STILES RD., LUDINGTON 843-9129 . NO COMMERCIAL REFUSE-RESIDENTIAL ONLY/NO OUT OF TOWNSHIP TRASH/REFUSE. APPLIANCES WITH FREON, YARD REFUSE, CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS, TIRES, CHEMICALS AND ANTI-FREEZE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
PROOF OF VICTORY TOWNSHIP RESIDENCY WILL BE REQUIRED.

The Mason County Road Commission is announcing that seasonal weight and speed restrictions will be lifted effect Thursday, April 1, 2021 at 6 a.m.
Weight and speed restrictions are enforced to minimize the damage caused during Michigan’s seasonal thaw.
