MUST BE ABLE TO UNLOAD YOUR OWN TRASH/REFUSE. ASSISTANCE WILL BE PROVIDED FOR THE DISABLED AND ELDERLY.
APPLIANCES WITH FREON, YARD REFUSE, CONSTRUCTION
MATERIALS, TIRES, CHEMICALS AND ANTI-FREEZE WILL NOT
BE ACCEPTED.PROOF OF VICTORY TOWNSHIP RESIDENCY WILL BE REQUIRED.
