DUE TO COVID-19, AND THE CURRENT MDHHS IN-PERSON MEETING MANDATES, THE TOWNSHIP BOARD CHOSE NOT TO HAVE AN IN-PERSON MEETING, THE BOARD CHOSE TO CONDUCT THE MEETING BY TELECONFERENCE. ALL BOARD MEMBERS WERE SENT E-MAILS WITH A PACKAGE OF THE CONTENTS NEEDED TO HAVE A TELECONFERENCE MEETING. THIS INFORMATION WAS ALSO POSTED AT THE TOWNHALL, AND, POSTED ON THE TOWNSHIP WEBSITE. THE MEETING WAS CALLED TO ORDER AT 6 PM BY SUPERVISOR JIM MAZUR. TRUSTEE BOB KESLING , TRUSTEE JEROME PAPES, CLERK BARBARA EGELER, AND TREASURER PATTI GEERS HAVE ALL CALLED IN. NO GUEST CALLED IN. MINUTES WERE APPROVED AS PRESENTED. THERE WAS NO SHERIFFS REPORT. THERE WAS NO COUNTY COMMISSONERS REPORT. MOTION WAS MADE BY JEROME TO PAY NOVEMBER AND DECEMBERS BILLS. BOB SECONDED AYES: MOTION CARRIED NAYS: NONE TREASURER REPORTED THAT THE MONEY MARKET FUND BALANCE ON 11/30/20 WAS $186,552.51. RECEIPTS WERE $283.73, INTEREST WAS $31.62. DISBURSEMENTS WERE $13,199.54. LEAVING A BALANCE OF $173,668.32 ON 12/31/20. CHECKING ACCOUNT BALANCE REMAINS AT $300.00 ON 12/31/20. PERPETUAL CARE CERTIFICATE BALANCE REMAINS AT $62,821.14 ON 12/31/20. PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT FUND BALANCE REMAINS AT $232,007.31 ON 12/31/20. HALL RESERVATION FUND BALANCE ON 11/30/20 WAS $1,119.28 NO RECEIPTS, NO DISBURSEMENTS, INTEREST WAS .05 CENTS. LEAVING A BALANCE OF $1,119.33 ON 12/31/20.
