MEETING WAS CALLED TO ORDER AT 6 PM BY SUPERVISOR JIM MAZUR, ALL BOARD MEMBERS WERE PRESENT. WE HAD THREE GUESTS ATTEND.
MINUTES WERE APPROVED AS PRESENTED. SHERIFF’S REPORT GIVEN BY SHERIFF KIM COLE.
COUNTY COMMISSIONER JANET ANDERSEN GAVE THE COUNTY REPORT.
JEROME MADE A MOTION TO APPROVE PAYMENT OF BILLS. BOB SECONDED MOTION CARRIED TREASURER REPORTED THAT THE MONEY MARKET FUND BALANCE ON 9/30/20 WAS $188,361.72, RECEIPTS FOR OCTOBER WERE $1,800.00, INTEREST WAS $32.07, DISBURSEMENTS WERE $13,102.17. LEAVING A BALANCE OF $177,091.62 ON 10/31/20. CHECKING ACCOUNT BALANCE REMAINS AT $300.00 ON 10/31/20. PERPETUAL CARE CERTIFICATE BALANCE REMAINS AT $62,821.14 ON 10/31/20. PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT FUND BALANCE REMAINS AT $232,007.31 ON 10/31/20. HALL RESERVATION FUND BALANCE ON 9/30/20 WAS $1,119.19, NO RECEIPTS, NO DISBURSEMENTS, INTEREST WAS .05 CENTS. LEAVING A BALANCE OF $1,119.24 ON 10/31/20. TAX SAVINGS ACCOUNT BALANCE ON 9/30/20 WAS $105,629.10, RECEIPTS FOR OCTOBER WERE $7,000.81, DISBURSEMENTS WERE $103,023.43. NO INTEREST REPORTED AT THIS TIME, LEAVING A BALANCE OF $9,606.48 ON 10/31/20. TREASURERS REPORT ACCEPTED AS PRESENTED.
JIM TALKED ABOUT ROAD PROJECTS AND SAID FOR NOW, WE HAVE A DISPOSITION COURT DATE IN FEBRUARY OF 2021, AND, A TRIAL COURT DATE SCHEDULED FOR MARCH 18, 19 OF 2021. CONCERNING A LAWSUIT CONCERNING PROPERTY ENCROACHMENT

RESIDENTS MUST BE ABLE TO UNLOAD THEIR OWN REFUSE AND WILL BE LIMITED TO ONE PICK-UP OR SMALL TRAILER LOAD TO PREVENT HAZARDOUS TRAFFIC BACK-UP CONDITIONS ALONG STILES ROAD. RESIDENTS ARE URGED TO BOX OR BUNDLE THEIR REFUSE TO EXPEDITE UNLOADING.BRING ITEMS TO WASTE REDUCTION TRANSFER SITE 5848 N. STILES RD., LUDINGTON 843-9129 . NO COMMERCIAL REFUSE-RESIDENTIAL ONLY/NO OUT OF TOWNSHIP TRASH/REFUSE. APPLIANCES WITH FREON, YARD REFUSE, CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS, TIRES, CHEMICALS AND ANTI-FREEZE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
