MEETING WAS CALLED TO ORDER AT 7PM BY SUPERVISOR JIM MAZUR. BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT WERE CLERK
BARB EGELER, TRUSTEE JEROME PAPES, TRUSTEE BOB KESLING AND TREASURER PATTI GEERS. WE HAD NINE GUEST ATTEND.
MINUTES WERE APPROVED AS PRESENTED.
THERE WAS NO SHERIFF’S REPORT.
JEROME MADE A MOTION TO APPROVE PAYMENT OF BILLS IN THE AMOUNT OF $6271.32. BOB SECONDED MOTION CARRIED
TREASURER REPORTED THAT THE MONEY MARKET FUND BALANCE ON 10-31-12 WAS $200,426.08. RECEIPTS FOR NOVEMBER WERE $19,643.82, DISBURSEMENTS WERE $6271.32. LEAVING A BALANCE ON 11-30-12 OF $213,798.58.PETTY CASH ACCOUNT REMAINS AT $100.00 ON 11-30-12.CHECKING ACCOUNT BALANCE REMAINS AT $200.00 ON 11-30-12.PERPETUAL CARE CERTIFICATE BALANCE REMAINS AT $62,821.14 ON 11-30-12.PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT FUND BALANCE REMAINS AT $246,267.78 ON 11-30-12.VICTORY TOWNSHIP HALL RESERVATION FUND BALANCE ON 10-31-12 WAS $1114.06. THERE WAS NO DEPOSITS OR
DISBURSEMENTS FOR NOVEMBER, INTEREST WAS FIVE CENTS. LEAVING A BALANCE ON 11-30-12 OF $1114.11.
VICTORY TAX SAVINGS ACCOUNT BALANCE ON 10-31-12 WAS $7850.03. TOTAL DEPOSITS FOR NOVEMBER WERE $4396.51. TOTAL DISBURSEMENTS WERE $5378.45. NO INTEREST POSTED . LEAVING A BALANCE ON 11-30-12 OF $6868.09.
TREASURERS REPORT ACCEPTED AS PRESENTED
VICTORY TOWNSHIP HOSTING A MUTE SWAN MEETING ON 12-12-12 AT 7PM WITH GRANT AND HAMLIN TOWNSHIP.
ERIN VICTORY WILDLIFE BIOLOGIST WILL BE PRESENTING THE PROGRAM.
IT WAS REPORTED THAT ANGLING ROAD HAS A STANDING WATER PROBLEM ON THE SOUTH SIDE BETWEEN BEUNE AND
PETERSON, DURING HEAVY RAINS. JIM SAID HE WOULD LET GARY KNOW.
DR. SQUIRES IS HERE TO GIVE HIS LAST COUNTY REPORT TO THE TOWNSHIP.
