· The meeting was called to order at 6:00pm by Supervisor Bob Kesling. Board members present were Clerk Sarah Grabowski, Treasurer Patti Geers, Trustee Wayne Andersen, and Trustee Jerome Papes. There were six guests in attendance.
· A motion was made by Andersen with support from Papes to approve the April minutes as presented. Motion Carried.
· Sherrif Cole gave an update on activity they responded to 23 incidents in the township.
· Commissioner Andersen reported the 2027 county budget is set for $18,362,000.00.
· A motion was made by Andersen with support from Papes to approve the payment of April bills as presented totaling $11,680.65. Motion carried. See Attachment 1.
· A motion was made by Papes with support from Andersen to approve the Treasurers report. Motion carried. See Attachment 2.
· Clerk reported there is an election in August.
· Supervisor report Water at cemeteries is on and flags are out on Veteran graves. Would like board to look at Gordon Rd to the ballpark it is in bad shape.
· A motion was made by Andersen with support from Geers to approve option B for a total of $16,400.00 from Wayfinder GIS to make the cemetery files digital.
Ø Option B includes
Ø $14,350.00: Wayfinder GIS staff services for completion of all tasks and deliverables.
Ø $900.00: Mileage for travel between Norton Shores, Victory Township and Onekama Twp.
Ø $1,150.00: Inclusion of headstone photographs to online maps
Motion carried
· Trustee Andersen Flag replaced at Victory Township Park and Mason-Lake Conservation District placing trees on township property.
· Trustee Papes Posts around the hall need attention. Status of picnic tables.
· Kesling made a motion to adjourn to closed session at 6:32pm. Motion carried.
· Kesling made a motion to adjourn regular session at 7:08pm Motion carried.
