The meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm by Supervisor Bob Kesling. Board members present were Clerk Sarah Grabowski, Treasurer Patti Geers, Trustee Jerome Papes, Trustee Andersen. There were 6 guests in attendance.
· A motion was made by Andersen with support from Papes to approve the September minutes as presented. Motion Carried.
· A motion was made by Andersen with support from Papes to approve the payment of September bills as presented totaling $29,970.23. Motion carried. See attachment 1.
· Sheriff gave the Township report
· Treasurer – A motion was made by Andersen with support from Papes to accept the treasurer report as presented. Motion carried. See attachment 2. A suggestion was made to install keypad locks on hall doors, no action taken.
· Clerk – Asked for approval to prebuy propane for the 25/26 heating season $1,599.20. Also to pay the final balance on the Audit of $1800.00
· Supervisor – 8ft tables for the park $1060.00 per table we would need 4-6 tables, will order in spring. October 16th ride along with road commission, 17th attorney for park and north shore, 21st junk authority meeting. FOIA request from Terry Grams to review meeting minutes from 1916-1936.
· Trustee Papes – Any progress on the property next door, nothing yet.
· Trustee Andersen – Nothing to add
· Public comment period.
Chris Rosso inquiring what is going on behind the church on Victory Corners Rd and Victory Drive excavation currently happening.
Jeremy Overmyer – Wondering if we are considering brining the roads again as it is very dusty. Also, what is happening with the junk to the south of his house on Quarterline Rd.
· Kesling made a motion to adjourn at 6:29 pm with support from Andersen.
