Hall Reservation Fund Balance on 12/31/24 was $1,121.60, no receipts, no disbursements, interest was $.05 cents, leaving a balance of $1,121.65 on 1/31/25.

Tax Account Balance on 12/31/24 was $176,413.76, Receipts $348,388.91, Disbursements of $422,868.36 Interest $0.00, for a balance of $101,934.31 on 1/31/25.

A motion was made by Kesling and supported by Andersen to set a budget of up to $750.00 for a new printer to be purchased. Motion carried.

There will be a November election for the schools.

  1. A rollcall vote was requested by Kesling and supported by Anderson to approve a resolution to set an alternate date of March 1, 2025 for the March Board of Review.

A rollcall vote was requested to approve an agreement with the Mason County Road Commission for road work on Victory Corners Rd (clean out spillways, and hma overlay 24’ wide Fountain Rd South 300’) with an estimated cost of $23,148.93.

Mason County Library will be offering technology classes at the hall March 4th from 2-4pm.

Trustee Papes nothing new to report.

Trustee Andersen had suggestions for improvements to Victory Park new tables and signage, and upper road to veterans memorial.

Salary resolutions:

Kesling made a motion for a 3% increase, moving the supervisor wage to $10,468.00.  Andersen Seconded.

Geers made a motion for a 3% increase, moving the Treasurer wage to $12,542.00. Kesling seconded.

Grabowski made a motion for a 4% increase, moving the Clerk wage to $14,072.00.  Andersen seconded.
