Checking account balance 12/31/24 $300.00.
Perpetual Care Certificate remains at $62,821.14 on 12/31/24.
Public Improvement Fund Balance remains at $327,067.25 on 12/31/24.
Hall Reservation Fund Balance on 11/30/24 was $1,121.50, no receipts, no disbursements, interest was $.05 cents, leaving a balance of $1,121.60 on 12/31/24.
Tax Account Balance on 11/30/24 was $10,503.30, Receipts $310,376.30, Disbursements of $144,830.49, Interest $364.65, for a balance of $176,413.76 on 12/31/24.
A motion was made by Kesling and supported by Andersen to set a budget of up to $750.00 for a new printer to be purchased. Motion carried.
There will be a November election for the schools.
A rollcall vote was requested to approve an agreement with the Mason County Road Commission for dust control on the roads for the 2025 season with an estimated cost of $50,836.50.
Ayes: Andersen, Papes, Kesling, Grabowski, Geers
Nays: None.
Mason County Library inquired about renting the hall for technology classes.

A rollcall vote was requested to reappoint the Board of Review members Donald Wiles, Karrie Rosso, Jeffery Ohrling, Ted Radtke.

Nays: None.
Trustee Papes nothing new to report.
Trustee Andersen had suggestions for improvements to Victory Park new tables and signage, and Cemeteries tree removal.
