Victory Township
4411 N Stiles Rd, Scottville, MI 49454 Regular Board Meeting December 1, 2025
· The meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm by Supervisor Bob Kesling. Board members present were Clerk Sarah Grabowski, Treasurer Patti Geers, Trustee Jerome Papes, Trustee Wayne Andersen. There were 6 guests in attendance.
· A motion was made by Andersen with support from Papes to approve the November minutes as presented. Motion Carried.
· A motion was made by Andersen with support from Papes to approve the payment of November bills as presented totaling $11,369.60. Motion carried. See attachment 1.
· Commissioner Andersen gave commissioners report
· Treasurer – Tax bills have been sent out.
A motion was made by Andersen with support from Papes to accept the treasurer report as presented. Motion carried. See attachment 2.
· Clerk – Presented proposal from PLM Land Management Corp. for $1163.75 for treatment of weeds in Hamlin Lake. A motion was made by Kesling with support from Papes to accept. Motion carried.
Contacted Consumers Energy regarding the location of the streetlight we pay for monthly, they could not answer and will have to do some research and get back with me.
· Supervisor – Signed purchase agreement with Gary D’Allesandro for property around the hall. Will initiate survey to determine property lines.
· Trustee Papes – Nothing to add.
· Trustee Andersen – Flag at park taken down will replace in spring.
· Assessor Vandervest – Board of Review meeting on December 9, 2025, at 11:15AM
· Motion to Adjourn at 6:26pm by Andersen with support from Papes.
