Regular Board Meeting April 7, 2025
A motion was made by Grabowski with support from Andersen to allow the planting of extra trees from the annual Mason-Lake Conservation District Tree Sale at Victory Park. Dani McGarry or Josh Shields will oversee volunteers. Motion Carried.
Township Clerk also asked if we could move the April 2026 Meeting to The Budget Hearing to be held March 31st
A motion was made by Kesling with support from Andersen to spend up to $9500.00 to put a temporary wall up on the stage. Note 1: This is pending the outcome of the second bid that is to be forth coming. Note 2: the wall is to be put up with minimal disturbance to the existing structure. Motion carried.
Kesling inquired with the Board of Elections about one drop box for ballots and tax payments, it is acceptable to only have drop box.
Patrick Weise a representative of The Mason County Rural Fire Authority introduced himself and explained they are seeking 2Mill in the August election.
Motion to Adjourn by Andersen supported by Grabowski @ 6:58pm. Motion carried.
