MEETING WAS CALLED TO ORDER AT 6PM BY SUPERVISOR JIM MAZUR, ALL BOARD MEMBERS WERE PRESENT: EGELER, PAPES, GEERS, KESLING. WE HAD EIGHT GUEST ATTEND.
MINUTES WERE APPROVED AS PRESENTED.
SHERIFF’S REPORT WAS GIVEN BY SHERIFF KIM COLE.
JEROME MADE A MOTION TO APPROVE PAYMENT OF BILLS SUBMITTED. BOB SECONDED
TREASURER REPORTED THAT THE MONEY MARKET FUND BALANCE ON 1-31-18 WAS $110,031.01, RECEIPTS FOR FEBRUARY WERE $19,084.19, DISBURSEMENTS WERE $6,698.75. LEAVING A BALANCE OF $122,416.45 ON 2-28-18.
PETTY CASH AND CHECKING ACCOUNT BALANCES REMAIN AT $100.00 AND $200.00 ON 2-28-18.
PERPETUAL CARE CERTIFICATE BALANCE REMAINS AT $62,821.14 ON 2-28-18.
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT FUND BALANCE REMAINS AT $126,662.80 ON 2-28-18.
HALL RESERVATION FUND BALANCE ON 1-31-18 WAS $1,117.09, RECEIPTS FOR FEBRUARY WERE $160.00, DISBURSEMENTS WERE $160.00, INTEREST WAS .05 CENTS. LEAVING A BALANCE OF $1,117.14 ON 2-28-18.
TAX SAVINGS ACCOUNT BALANCE ON 1-31-18 WAS $36,702.27, RECEIPTS FOR FEBRUARY WERE $399,948.47, DISBURSEMENTS WERE $290,007.29, NO INTEREST REPORTED AT THIS TIME. LEAVING A BALANCE OF $146,643.45 ON 2-28-18.
TREASURERS REPORT ACCEPTED AS PRESENTED.
JIM GOT THE NEW RODS AND CURTAINS HUNG UP AT THE TOWNHALL, THESE WERE DONATED FROM TOM COLEMAN. JIM ALSO FIXED THE BLINDS THAT WERE STARTING TO DROOP.
JIM HAD AN EXTERMINATOR COME IN AND SPRAY FOR THE FLIES. HE IS GOING TO HAVE VICTORY MAINTENANCE COME AND TRY TO SEAL UP ANY HOLES OR PLACES WHERE THE FLIES ARE COMING IN.
JIM MADE A MOTION TO APPROVE THE REQUESTED FUNDS ($500.00) FOR THE ANNUAL HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE COLLECTION, TO BE HELD SATURDAY AUGUST 18, 2018 . JEROME SECONDED
JEROME MADE A MOTION TO APPROVE THE CONTRACT WITH THE ROAD COMMISSION FOR BRINE , A DOUBLE BRINE FOR $21,800.00. BOB SECONDED
COUNTY COMMISSIONER JANET ANDERSEN GAVE THE COUNTY REPORT.
DALE GOODRICH IS THE NEW REP FOR VICTORY TOWNSHIP ON THE RURAL FIRE AUTHORITY BOARD.
CHRIS EGELER PICKED UP FIVE NEW TABLES FOR THE TOWNHALL FROM SAM’S CLUB, THERE WAS A LIMIT OF FIVE TO GET THE DISCOUNT. WHEN THEY COME ON SALE AGAIN, WILL PICK UP ANOTHER FIVE.

All meeting are open to public .Please note that no hearings will be held at the Organizational meeting.
