MEETING WAS CALLED TO ORDER AT 6 PM BY SUPERVISOR JIM MAZUR. BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT WERE TREASURER
PATTI GEERS, TRUSTEE JEROME PAPES, TRUSTEE BOB KESLING AND CLERK BARB EGELER. WE HAD EIGHT GUEST ATTEND.
MINUTES WERE APPROVED AS PRESENTED.
JEROME MADE A MOTION TO APPROVE PAYMENT OF BILLS. BOB SECONDED
MOTION CARRIED
SHERIFF’S REPORT WAS GIVEN BY SHERIFF KIM COLE. JIM THANKED KIM FOR LETTING THE INMATES HELP WITH THE TIRE
CLEAN UP. KIM ANNOUNCED THAT THE LUDINGTON SCHOOL BOARD AND THE SHERIFF’S OFFICE WERE GOING TO ADDRESS THE
S.T.O.P. PROGRAM ON THE 15TH OF JULY. (SHERIFF’S TELLING OUR PARENTS) . AND, WILL BE AT THE OTHER SCHOOLS LATER
THIS SUMMER..
TREASURER REPORTED THAT THE MONEY MARKET FUND BALANCE ON MAY 31, 2013 WAS $277,025.51. TOTAL RECEIPTS
FOR JUNE WERE $21,910.96. TOATL DISBURSEMENTS WERE $5,501.02. LEAVING A BALANCE ON 6-30-13 OF $293,435.45.
PETTY CASH BALANCE REMAINS AT $100.00 ON 6-30-13.
CHECKING ACCOUNT BALANCE REMAINS AT $200.00 ON 6-30-13.
PERPETUAL CARE CERTIFICATE BALANCE REMAINS AT $62,821.14 ON 6-30-13.
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT FUND BALANCE REMAINS AT $246,551.85 ON 6-30-13.
VICTORY TOWNSHIP HALL RESERVATION FUND BALANCE ON 5-31-13 WAS $1,114.40. THERE WERE NO RECEIPTS, AND NO
DISBURSEMENTS FOR JUNE. INTEREST WAS FIVE CENTS. LEAVING A BALANCE ON 6-30-13 OF $1,114.45.
VICTORY TAX SAVINGS ACCOUNT BALANCE REMAINS AT .00 ON 6-30-13.
TREASURERS REPORT ACCEPTED AS PRESENTED.
JEROME MADE A M OTION TO RAISE THE GRAVE OPENING OF A CREMATION AND A CHILD GRAVE OPENING FROM $75.00
TO $100.00. AS PER REQUESTED FROM OUR SEXTON. BOB SECONDED

ELECTION WORKERS FOR THE UP COMING AUGUST 6, 2013 WEST SHORE MILLAGE RENEWEL ELECTION, WILL BE JEAN
STERLEY, MARYANN ANDERSEN, AND CLERK BARB EGELER.
JIM REPORTED THAT THE TIRE CLEAN HAD 580 TIRES BROUGHT IN. HE IS LOOKING INTO FUTURE TIRE CLEAN UPS.
JIM ATTENDED THE MUTE SWAN MEETING THAT WAS HELD AT HAMLIN TOWNHALL. HE SAID ONCE AGAIN, HE WOULD
LIKE TOWNSHIP RESIDENTS OPINION ON THE CULLING OF THE MUTE SWANS, BEFORE THE BOARD TAKES ACTION ON A MUTE
SWAN RESOLUTION.
COUNTY COMMISSIONER JANET ANDERSEN GAVE HER COUNTY REPORT.
JUST A REMINDER THE AUGUST 5, 2013 REGULAR BOARD MEETING WILL BE HELD AT VICTORY PARK. PICNIC WITH A
DISH TO PASS WILL BE AT 5 PM. AND, BOARD MEETING WILL BE AT 6PM.
