REGULAR BOARD MEETING
SEPTEMBER 10, 2012
MEETING WAS CALLED TO ORDER AT 7:00 PM BY SUPERVISOR JIM MAZUR. ALL BOARD MEMBERS WERE PRESENT:
EGELER, PAPES, KESLING, GEERS. WE HAD TWELVE GUEST ATTEND.
MINUTES WERE APPROVED AS PRESENTED.
SHERIFF JEFF FIERS GAVE THE SHERIFFS REPORT FOR OUR TOWNSHIP.
JEROME MADE A MOTION TO APPROVE PAYMENT OF BILLS IN THE AMOUNT OF $8064.89, ALSO APPROVED ALONG WITH
ELECTRIC BILLS A BILL FROM SCOTT CIVIL ENGINEERING, AND M.E.R. BOB SECONDED
TREASURER REPORTED THAT THE MONEY MARKET FUND BALANCE ON 7-31-12 WAS $223,249.08, RECEIPTS FOR AUGUST
WERE $1673.20, DISBURSEMENTS WERE $8064.89. LEAVING A BALANCE ON 8-31-12 OF $216,857.39.
PETTY CASH AND CHECKING ACCOUNT BALANCES REMAIN THE SAME ON 8-31-12.
PERPETUAL CARE CERTIFICATE BALANCE REMAINS AT $62,821.14 ON 8-31-12.
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT FUND BALANE REMAINS AT $245,630.18 ON 8-31-12.
VICTORY TOWNSHIP HALL RESERVATION FUND BALANCE ON 7-31-12 WAS $1113.52. THERE WAS DEPOSITS OF $30.00.
AND DISBURSEMENTS OF $30.00. INTEREST WAS .24 CENTS, LEAVING A BALANCE OF $1113.76 ON 8-31-12.
VICTORY TAX SAVINGS ACCOUNT BALANCE ON 7-31-12 WAS $26,407.73. DEPOSITS WERE $126,970.26, TOTAL DISBIRSEMENTS WERE $128,945.64. NO INTEREST AT THIS TIME, LEAVING A BALANCE
ON 8-31-12 OF $24,432.35.
TREASURERS REPORT ACCEPTED AS PRESENTED.
BOB MADE A MOTION TO ACCEPT THE REVISED VICTORY TOWNSHIP PARK ORDINANCE NO. 7, EFFECTIVE 30 DAYS AFTER
PUBLICATION. JEROME SECONDED
STEVE VANDERVEST SUBMITTED A BID FOR CEMENT WORK AT VICTORY PARK TO JIM FOR $1050.00.
JEROME MADE A MOTION TO ACCEPT THE ABOVE BID. BOB SECONDED
JIM MET WITH TOM COLEMAN AND ROBERT L. (WITH SCOTT CIVIL ENGINEERING) AT VICTORY PARK AND DISCUSSED THE
PARK SITE PLANS.
JIM DAVIS HAD PRESENTED A BID TO DO THE WOOD WORK IN THE TOWNHALL, JIM MAZUR HAD TRIED TO GET TWO OTHER BIDS , AND PEOPLE JUST DIDN’T GET BACK WITH HIM.
BOB MADE A MOTION TO HAVE JIM DAVIS DO THE WOOD WORK AT THE HALL. JEROME SECONDED
DR.SQUIRES GAVE THE COUNTY REPORT.

All meeting are open to public .Please note that no hearings will be held at the Organizational meeting.
The Board of Review will hear appeals on March 19th and March 20st 2018.
