MEETING WAS CALLED TO ORDER AT 7:00 PM BY SUPERVISOR RUSSELL ANDERSEN.
ALL BOARD MEMBERS WERE PRESENT. WE HAD TWENTY-NINE GUEST ATTEND.
MINUTES FROM AUGUST WERE APPROVED AS PRESENTED, WITH TWO CORRECTIONS.
THE VICTORY TOWNSHIP HALL RESERVATION FUND BALANCE WAS $1110.70, (NOT $111.70),
AND, THE WRONG DATE OF OCTOBER 4TH WAS GIVEN FOR THE BARNS AND BYWAYS TOUR.
IT IS ACTUALLY GOING TO BE ON THE 8TH OF OCTOBER.
JEROME MADE A MOTION TO APPROVE PAYMENT OF BILLS IN THE AMOUNT OF $8426.34.
ALSO, APPROVED PAYMENT TO THE ROAD COMMISSION FOR SEPTEMBER $31,503.99. JIM SECONDED

SHERIFFS REPORT WAS GIVEN BY SHERIFF JEFF FIERS.
TREASURER REPORTED THAT THE MONEY MARKET FUND BALANCE ON 7-31-11 WAS
$257,681.23. RECEIPTS FOR AUGUST WERE $20,343.70. DISBURSEMENTS WERE $8,426.34. LEAVING
A BALANCE ON 8-31-11 OF $269,598.59.
PETTY CASH BALANCE ON 8-31-11 REMAINS AT $100.00.
CHECKING ACCOUNT BALANCE REMAINS AT $200.00 ON 8-31-11.
PERPETUAL CARE CERTIFICATE BALANCE ON 7-31-11 WAS 62,821.14. CD FROM WEST SHORE
BANK MATURED FUNDS WENT INTO RECEIPTS GEN FUND $767.33. ALSO, TWO CD’S MATURED AT
SAFE HARBOR, FUNDS WENT INTO RECEIPTS GEN FUND $149.33. REINVESTED ALL MONEY IN CD AT
SAFE HARBOR AT 1.05% INTEREST FOR ONE YEAR.
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT FUND BALANCE REMAINS AT $241,090.54 ON 8-31-11.
VICTORY TOWNSHIP HALL RESERVATION FUND BALANCE ON 7-31-11 WAS $1110.70. NO RECEIPTS, AND NO DISBURSEMENTS FOR AUGUST, INTEREST WAS .24 CENTS. LEAVING A BALANCE
ON 8-31-11 OF $1110.94.
VICTORY TAX SAVINGS ACCOUNT BALANCE ON 7-31-11 WAS $16,697.67. TOTAL DEPOSITS
FOR AUGUST WERE $132,032.22, TOTAL DISBURSEMENTS WERE $115,888.85. NO INTEREST AT THIS
TIME. LEAVING A BALANCE ON 8-31-11 OF $32,841.04.

OCCIDENTAL CHEMICAL CORP. HAS SOME GRANTS AVAILABLE FOR COMMUNITY PROJECTS,
WAYNE ANDERSEN IS GOING TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION FOR THE TOWNSHIP, FOR VICTORY PARK
PROJECT.
RICK HANNA, JODY HARTLEY AND KAREN SCHUITEMA WISH TO LEASE THE TOWNSHIPS RIGHTS TO THE PROPERTY THAT IS ADJACENT TO THE CONSUMERS POWER LINES BETWEEN STILES
AND GROTH ROADS. FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF PREVENTING DUMPING OF TIRES, GARBAGE AND
OTHER JUNK MATERIALS.
