MEETING WAS CALLED TO ORDER AT 6:00PM BY SUPERVISOR JIM MAZUR. BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT WERE CLERK EGELER, TREASURER GEERS, AND TRUSTEES’ KESLING & PAPES. WE HAD SEVENTEEN GUEST ATTEND.
MINUTES WERE APPROVED AS PRESENTED.
GARY DITTMER IS HERE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS ABOUT ROAD PROJECTS. FRANK REDMOND TOWNSHIP BOARD OF REVIEW PRESIDENT, ASKED GARY ABOUT MAINTENANCE OF ROADS, PAVING OF ROAD, ETC. GARY SAID MAINTENANCE IS DONE ON A AS NEEDED BASIS, ROTATED WITH THE OTHER TOWNSHIPS IN THE COUNTY. PAVING IS NOT REALLY IN THEIR BUDGET. THE TOWNSHIPS WITH THEIR LIMITED BUDGETS SOMETIMES DO COST SHARING WITH THE ROAD COMMISSION TO GET MAJOR JOBS DONE SUCH AS PAVING, SEAL COATING ETC. TALKED ABOUT DENNIS ROAD CULVERT NORTH OF FOUNTAIN FROM DIP OF HILL THRU DIP TO TOP OF HILL AT DENNIS CREEK.
SHERIFFS REPORT WAS GIVEN BY SHERIFF COLE. HE TALKED ABOUT LEFT TURN SIGNALS ON HWY. 10 AT BRYE, MEYERS ROAD AND OLD PM HIGHWAY SOUTH.

TREASURER REPORTED THAT THE MONEY MARKET FUND BALANCE ON 2-28-13 WAS $229,196.63. RECEIPTS FOR MARCH WERE $53,768.51, DISBURSEMENTS WERE $6,658.83. LEAVING A BALANCE ON 3-31-13 OF $276.306.31. PETTY CASH ACCOUNT BALANCE REMAINS AT $100.00 ON 3-31-13. CHECKING ACCOUNT BALANCE REMAINS AT $200.00 ON 3-31-13.PERPETUAL CARE CERTIFICATE BALANCE REMAINS AT $62,821.14 ON 3-31-13. PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT FUND BALANCE REMAINS AT $246,267.78 ON 3-31-13.VICTORY TOWNSHIP HALL RESERVATION FUND BALANCE ON 2-28-13 WAS $1114.25, THERE WAS NO RECEIPTS OR DEPOSITS. INTEREST WAS FIVE CENTS. LEAVING A BALANCE ON 3-31-13 OF $1114.30. VICTORY TAX SAVINGS ACCOUNT BALANCE ON 2-28-13 WAS $374,724.24. NO DEPOSITS FOR MARCH. INTEREST WAS $48.68. DISBURSEMENTS WERE $374,772.92.
